This terrific little ‘spinneri’ believes in using fibers from various sources….not only the wonderful wooly Norwegian sheep, but also from the Samoyed Dog! The fibers are blended with sheep wool fibers and the result is a wonderful soft halo! Made with the Gimre Samoyed, they get extra warm, even on the coldest days. If you aren’t fond of having a ‘halo’ on your mittens, then you can simply make the mittens with traditional Gimre yarn. Either way, they are sure to be some of the warmest mittens you’ll own! Another benefit? With patterns in bright colors, you’ll be able to find the mittens again if you are unlucky enough to lose them in the snow!
