It has been an eventful year at SUFibers, and across the country for ALL small businesses. Learning and adapting to all of the ‘ins and outs’ of new import rules and tarrifs were just a couple of curveballs thrown at us. Despite these challenges, we were able to add new yarns, new notions and needles~ and it’s all because of you! Our small little company has grown, from carrying just a couple yarns from two mills in Norway (Selbu Spinneri and Hillesvag) to adding many additional gauges in glorious colors, along with the addition of more scrumptious variegated yarns from Mountain Colors and Harmony mohair and silk from Kellbourne Woolens. At this time of year, we are all busy planning tasty Thanksgiving meals for family and friends, as well as trying to make the most of the holiday season. That may mean different things to each of us. As for me? I’m still trying to put together a few special knitted gifts! (Fingers crossed!)
